Kennington #1
A light refurbishment of a modern townhouse in a central London conservation area. The first phase will consist of replacement of existing halogen lighting with dimmable, low energy, recessed lighting; redecoration throughout and new engineered wood flooring to all upper floors. New window treatments will finish off the refresh. Future phases will see the removal of the existing bathrooms (now 20 years old!) with modern spa-like sanctuaries.
Peckham
Our clients have trusted us to dig out the cellar to create a large basement for laundry, plant and storage. They have loved living in their house for 15 years and want to stay for at least another 15 years! A full structural overhaul below and above ground will allow us to open up the ground floor reception room, insulate, install underfloor heating and upgrade the fabric of the building to modern standards.
Kennington #2
Working closely with our client, we upgraded this handsome flat-fronted mid-terrace radically overhauling the internal layout to improve the flow for modern-day bachelor living. A new open plan master suite (complete with walk-through luxury bathroom, clad in Carrara marble) is complemented by a stunning guest suite for visiting friends and family. As well as full internal insulation, roof works and new Conservation Area-grade replacement sash windows and doors, we refreshed the rear garden to enhance the views of the Shard.
