PROJECT OVERVIEW: This red brick, three-storey Clapham terrace was the subject of an upscale, back-to-brick refurbishment designed to banish a dated, 2000s chrome-and-white aesthetic. Our brief was to breathe life back into the property, heavily leaning into its authentic period charms while maximising previously underutilised spaces.

We worked hard to reinstate beautiful architectural details across all three of the home's bathrooms. Traditional panelling, elegant coving, and sympathetic new windows were introduced, seamlessly complemented by striking wallpaper and classic herringbone flooring. The spaces are grounded by luxury bespoke vanity units topped with exquisite Italian marble, striking the perfect balance between heritage character and modern upscale luxury.

On the top floor, the project took an ambitious turn. By working closely with our structural team, we reorganised the internal walls and reclaimed wasted space hidden within the eaves. We removed excess Velux windows to alter the layout entirely, creating a beautifully curated, cosy master suite. Completed with premium bespoke joinery, the top floor was transformed from an awkward layout into a private, sanctuary-like retreat.

By collaborating closely with trusted specialists to execute these intricate structural changes and high-end finishes, we have delivered a home that feels both deeply rooted in its architectural history and tailored for modern living. It was a joy to see this terrace reclaim its soul.
